Sherwin-Williams is pleased to offer its shareholders the Stock Ownership and Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
The Plan is available only to holders of record of common stock of Sherwin-Williams. If you own shares held in the name of a bank, broker or nominee and wish to participate, you should request that the shares be transferred to your own name.
To enroll in the Plan, you must complete and return to BNY Mellon Shareowner Services an Authorization Card for the Stock Ownership and Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan. You may obtain a brochure (containing the Agreement for the Stock Ownership and Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan and enrollment information) and an Authorization Card by contacting BNY Mellon Shareowner Services as follows:
